Withdraw from the London Fisheries Convention: Completed
This convention is mainly focused on the North Sea area to resolve the fishing relationship between Britain and the Northern European states by giving rights of full access to fisherman. This access extends to grounds between 6 and 12 nautical miles of the national coastline of the signatories.

The Government has triggered the withdrawal clause of the treaty, beginning a two year withdrawal period.
