Maintaining the existing protections on designated land like the Green Belt, National Parks and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty: Completed (Maintaining)
The Green Belt is the area around cities where development is forbidden. National Parks are areas of greenland that are protected by the government due to their beauty. Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty are areas designated for conservation as a result of their landscape.

There is no evidence of the Government reneging on this promise since the election.
