Commit to upgrading all fuel poor homes to EPC Band C by 2030: Pending
According to Energy UK, 'A fuel poor household is defined as one which needs to spend more than 10% of its income on all fuel use and to heat its home to an adequate standard of warmth'. The government is committing to upgrading these houses to Energy Performance Certificate band C to improve the energy efficiency of these homes in an attempt to take the people living in them out of fuel poverty.

This is a continuation of a previous manifesto promise.
